BASIC PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTIVES
Sec 1: The PA shall serve as an independent publication of the students. It's primary concern is to inform, educate and give opnions about local, sectoral and nationalevents that are of concern and would benefit the interest students. Sec 2: The PA shall exercise the freedom of the press as stipulated in the Philippines Constitution.

ARTICLE I
Sec 1. NAME: The government of the student body of the Technological University of the Philippines-Cavite shall be known as the University Student Government (TUPC-USG). It shall be a democratic government whose sovereignty resides in the students and all government authority emanates from them. It shall occupy a space for its business within the campus premises that is conducive and accessible to all students.

TUPC ACcredited Student Organizations

The University allows for the organization of group of students who have succesfully met the requirements set forth by the Office of the Student Affairs. However, these groups of students are bound by the unvesity standards. Thus, they should follow the rules and regulations governing organized student activities.
