OFFICE OF THE CAMPUS REGISTRAR (OCR)
The Office of the Campus Registrar (OCR), with administrative and academic functions, is an inherent and integral part of the institution. The Office of the Campus Registrar is a member of the recommending bodies of the University: The Administrative Council and the Academic Council. The OCR serves as the primary custodian of the school records of all students and alumni. It administers operations in the areas of enrolment, load requirements, credits earned, subject sequence, promotion, graduation, transfer, suspension and the dismissal of students. It is located inside the Vergara Hall (in front of the U-Building).
Services at the Registrar's Office such as requests for Transcript of Records, Diploma, Certifications, Subject Descriptions, Evaluation of Grades, Authentication of Documents are exclusively offered to TUP - Cavite students.
