The Admission Journey
Online Application
Register and fill out the application form through the TUP ERS (Electronic Registration System) portal.
Document Submission
Submit required documents (Form 138, Good Moral, etc.) to the Admission Office for evaluation.
Admission Test
Take the TUP Scholastic Admission Test (TUPSAT) on your scheduled date and time.
Department Interview
Qualified applicants will undergo a departmental interview for their chosen program.
Medical Examination
Undergo physical and medical examination at the University Clinic to ensure fitness for the program.
Official Enrollment
Finalize your enrollment by paying necessary fees and securing your Certificate of Registration (COR).
Document Requirements
Incoming Freshmen
- Original and Photocopy of SHS Report Card (Form 138)
- Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) pieces 2x2 ID Picture (White background)
- One (1) long brown envelope
Transferees
- Honorable Dismissal from last school attended
- Transcript of Records (Evaluation purposes)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- GPA requirement of at least 2.0 or better
