Abstract

The study, TUPC OSA Services System in Technological University of the Philippines Cavite Campus, is focused on the development and implementation of the web-based application system for the OSA department, which displays all the functions using a friendly graphical user interface, that would enable the users to access all the features, such as a Violation system in which the admin can set records of students and check them while students can only see their status if they have a violation, ID request and ID validation for students, request for good moral, handle the USG voting and scholarship requirements submission. This web-based application system is developed using PHP and MySQL for databases. This system will be able to do most of the transactions that happen in the Office of Student Affairs in Technological University of the Philippines- Cavite. The project was evaluated according to its Functionality Stability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. The system output _____rating (insert result and evaluation) Which satisfies the expected results.
