How to Apply
Complete the ERS Application
Register and fill out the necessary details in the online portal to generate your official Applicant ID.
Open ERS PortalFill out the Google Form
After completing the ERS Application, you must submit your details to the specific TUP Cavite Admissions form.
NOTE: Please ensure that you have filled out BOTH the ERS Application and Google Form to complete your application.
Open Google FormWait for Evaluation & Schedule
Once you have submitted the Google Form, your initial requirements will be evaluated. You will then receive an email containing the examination schedule and instructions for the submission of your physical requirements at the TUP Cavite Admissions Office.
Important Reminders
- Do not proceed with the Google Form unless you have successfully and correctly completed the ERS Application.
- Use the correct Applicant ID, which must start with "2627A." This is automatically generated after completing your ERS account registration. DO NOT guess your Applicant ID!
- Exam schedules will be available in your ERS portal after we evaluate your submitted requirements.
