IRR of RA 12009

The Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act. It prescribes the rules for government procurement from planning up to contract implementation, in line with transparency, competitiveness, efficiency, proportionality and accountability.
