Submission of Clearances for AY 2025-2026
All faculty and staff are reminded to submit their annual clearances to the HR office on or before May 25, 2026. Downloadable forms are available at the employee portal.

Annual Physical Examination Schedule
The schedule for the Annual Physical Exam for all permanent employees will be from June 1 to June 5 at the Campus Clinic. Please coordinate with your department heads for your designated time slots.
