The Office of Information Technology (UITC) is moving more of the services students and staff use every day from paper forms and walk-in queues to the TUP Cavite website. Here is what is online now, and how to use it.

What is online now

Get your Wi-Fi voucher in four steps

  1. 1

    Open the voucher page

Go to the Student Wi-Fi Voucher page from the Students menu of this website.

  2. 2

    Enter your details

Type your student number and your last name exactly as they appear in your school records.

  3. 3

    Confirm it is you

A 6-digit code is sent to your TUP email address. Type it on the page. The code works for a few minutes and only once.

  4. 4

    Connect

Copy your voucher code, join the student Wi-Fi network (TUPC STUDENTS), open your browser and enter the code on the login page.

Lost your code? Come back to the same page with the same details and it is shown again for the same period. If the page cannot find you, or says it has no email address for you, visit the Office of Information Technology or send us a message.

Find research and books faster

The Library catalog lists the theses and capstone projects of TUP Cavite students together with their abstracts, as well as books and e-books. Search by author, by words in the title or by words in the abstract, then narrow the results by type, year or course. Each record shows the call number, the shelf or section and the number of copies, so you know where to go before you visit the Library. Some e-books can be downloaded directly when the Library's licence allows it; for the rest, ask the librarian.

Built with care for your data

Your voucher is yours

The emailed code makes sure a voucher goes to the student it was meant for, not to anyone who happens to know a student number.

Each office updates only its own pages

Staff sign in with their own accounts. An office can publish on its own page but cannot open another office's pages.

Secure sign-in

Passwords are stored in a protected form, staff are signed out automatically after a period of inactivity, and every change is recorded.
